Refund policy


We have a 3-day refund policy, which means you have 3 days after ordering your item to request a refund.

Please note that once your order has been processed and packaged for shipping, you will be ineligible for a refund.

There is a 2-day return policy, which means you will have 2 days after receiving your package to return it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us via WhatsApp or store inbox. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Returns are for damaged items, or if the item you received is not the one you ordered.

 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please note that we also do inspections on products before they are sent out for delivery.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, for example, we cannot accept returns on personalized items.

Exchanges

For wrong sizes ordered by the customer: the only way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate order for the new item, at an additional R450 for logistic expenses (i.e. returning the item back to the manufacturer overseas). Such returns will be not be free of charge - they will be made at the expense of the customer.
